About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking an LPN or RN to join our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Compassionate, dependable team member with a heart for serving aging adults
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and support for guests and residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor guest and resident conditions and communicate changes with the care team
- Support guests and residents with dignity, comfort, and respect
- Partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate with guests, residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Help create a positive, supportive environment for guests, residents, and team members
