We’re hiring a dedicated LPN or RN for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) with a consistent 3-day work week serving patients in Springfield, Missouri and nearby rural communities. This role offers one-on-one, in-home patient care in both city and quiet rural settings, allowing you to build meaningful, lasting patient relationships. You will be part of a supportive team with reliable communication.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care in the home
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Assist with daily living needs per care plan
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
