About The Position
Franklin Country View is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who values quality care and enjoys making a difference in the lives of residents. The position is full-time, working 36 hours per week with varying day shifts. While 12-hour shifts are standard (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM), there is an option for 6 am to 2 pm shifts. There are no routine weekends, unless assistance is needed to support team coverage.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compassionate and dedicated

Responsibilities
- Coordinate total nursing care for residents
- Participate in resident and family education
- Provide leadership and collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and other team members
- Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
- Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and care management
