About The Position

Dove Healthcare is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to provide and oversee patient care. The nurse directs and supervises other staff, administers medications and treatments, observes and manages acute changes in patients’ conditions, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is full-time, with Monday–Thursday eight-hour shifts and no weekends. A night-shift sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to accept and give directions.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

Oversee patient care by directing and supervising other staff members.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
