About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs for day shift pediatric duty nursing. This role involves providing one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Unlike hospital settings, there are no hospital politics or patient ratios, allowing nurses to focus solely on their patient and their family. The company emphasizes quick credentialing, fast onboarding, and immediate shift availability, with the potential to start working within 24-48 hours of an interview.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
