FT/ DAY & NIGHT LPN/RN (6a-6p) - Ridgewood
About The Position
Ridgewood Rehab & Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Day Shift and Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide outstanding overnight care for our residents. As a valued member of our overnight team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring residents receive the comfort, safety, and clinical care they deserve throughout the day or night. This opportunity is well suited for nurses who value meaningful resident relationships, are confident working independently, and provide compassionate care in a calm, supportive setting.
Requirements
- A current, active Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Personal integrity and professionalism
- A dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- A passion for exceptional care and service
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Observe resident conditions and take appropriate action when changes occur
- Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate clearly with physicians, families, and fellow team members
- Partner with CNAs and CMAs to provide exceptional resident care
- Protect resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift
- Follow all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Help foster a positive, collaborative team environment
