Skyline - LPN / RN Skilled Nursing (Full Time)

Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited LPN/RN Program
- Have an active LPN/RN license in the state, in good standing
- Experience in a Nursing Home (Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
- Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
- Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
- Completion of a background check, drug screen.
- Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
- Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Skyline nursing team.
- Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
- Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age.
- Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
