About The Position
Phoenix Home Health is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs for pediatric home care. This role provides one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients in their homes, offering a unique opportunity to avoid hospital politics and patient ratios. The position emphasizes building relationships with families and providing dedicated care. Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans.
- Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting.
- Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes.
- Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting.
