About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Experience providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home settings is a plus.
- Ability to administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition is a plus.
- Experience partnering with families and care teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes.
- Administer and manage medications.
- Monitor and document patient conditions.
- Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Educate, encourage, and support family members.
- Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care.
