About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas. Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home, making a significant difference in the lives of their patients and families. The agency is looking for full-time and part-time nurses for various shifts including days, nights, and weekends. The company's mission is to provide high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner, aspiring to be the best pediatric home health agency. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
