About The Position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home. Nurses will focus on the medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care, conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordinate care. Additionally, the position requires educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implementing preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care. Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
Provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
Coordination of care
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
