About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Huntersville, NC and surrounding areas. Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care to adult patients primarily in their homes, focusing on their medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. The role involves conducting ongoing patient care and assessments, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordinating care, and educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives are also a key part of protecting the quality of care for patients. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
