About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in York, PA and surrounding areas. Since 2000, Angels of Care has been dedicated to providing exceptional home health care to medically fragile children and young adults nationwide. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
