About The Position

Phoenix is hiring LPNs or RNs for pediatric home care. The company provides exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing opportunity where relationships matter and care makes a visible impact. Nurses will deliver skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs, build genuine relationships with patients and their families, and help keep families together by supporting children in their homes.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• A heart for patient-centered care
