LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes in Beulaville, NC, and surrounding areas. The company, established in 2000, operates on values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). The mission is to deliver high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner, aspiring to be the leading pediatric home health agency. Nurses play a crucial role in making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
