About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the home setting. The role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, and educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and preventative initiatives.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.

- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
