About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas. Since 2000, Angels of Care has been dedicated to providing exceptional care to medically fragile individuals nationwide, guided by our core values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed. Our nurses deliver direct, one-on-one medical care in patients' homes, significantly impacting the lives of children and their families. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Active RN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
