LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care - Flexible Evening Schedule
About The Position
We understand the daily grind from juggling kids to balancing more than one job and that's why we offer a variety of schedules to fit your busy lifestyle! This opportunity allows you to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home. You will administer and manage medications, monitor and document patient conditions, perform treatments as ordered by the physician, educate and support family members, and collaborate closely with the Phoenix clinical team. Requirements
- Active IL RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
