About The Position

Dove Healthcare- West Eau Claire is seeking energetic, organized, and passionate nurses to join our team! This role involves overseeing all aspects of patient care, providing direct patient care through medication and treatment administration, observing and managing acute changes in a patient's condition, and helping to provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment. Full-time and part-time openings are available on AM, PM, and NOC shifts, with increased shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts. There are also increased pay opportunities on the tracheostomy care unit.

Requirements

current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
degree from an accredited school of nursing

Responsibilities

oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistant (CNA) team members
provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
