Requirements
- Current NY State LPN License or RN License required
- Positive, dependable, and caring with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to provide high-quality care while following established procedures and safety standards
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments with precision and care
- Perform ongoing resident assessments and report changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care in partnership with CNAs
- Support short-term rehab patients as they recover and return home
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with nurses, therapy, and physicians
