About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one home care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where strong relationships are built and care has a visible impact. Phoenix provides specialized, hands-on training for all nurses, regardless of experience level, to ensure they are fully prepared to meet each patient's specific needs. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
