About The Position
At Phoenix, we are looking for compassionate professionals to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training

- Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
