Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- A passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
- Provide focused one-on-one care to one patient at a time.
- Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in a family’s journey.
