About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one homecare to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where building relationships and making a visible impact are key. The position focuses on skilled nursing care for children and young adults with complex medical needs, enabling them to grow and thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes.
