About The Position

Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one homecare to pediatric and young adult patients. Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a single patient at a time.
• Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted partner to their families.
• Help children grow and thrive at home.
