About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where strong relationships are built and care makes a visible impact. In this role, you will be a lifeline, providing focused one-on-one care, specialized skilled nursing for complex medical needs, building lasting relationships with patients and families, and helping children thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
