About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate nurses to provide dedicated one-on-one care for a pediatric/young adult client in the comfort of their home. This is a 24/7 case requiring immediate coverage — days, nights, and weekends available. At Phoenix, you’re more than a nurse — you’re a lifeline. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated one-on-one care for a pediatric/young adult client in their home.
- Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
