About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one home care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where building relationships and making a visible impact are central. You will be a lifeline to patients, providing skilled nursing care in a home setting, helping children grow and thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Provide focused one-on-one care to a single patient.
- Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
- Support families in keeping children at home for care and growth.
