About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one homecare to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where strong relationships are built with patients and their families, allowing children to grow and thrive in their homes. The position focuses on specialized care for children with complex medical needs, moving away from crowded units to a more focused, one-on-one care environment.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training
