About The Position

At Phoenix, we’re looking for nurses to cover specific shifts including Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Every other Friday and Saturday from 10:30pm-6:30am. We provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This is a purpose-driven nursing role where relationships matter and your care makes a visible impact.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
• Provide focused one-on-one care to a single patient at a time.
• Build lasting relationships and become a trusted partner in a family’s journey.
