About The Position
Phoenix is hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where relationships matter and care makes a visible impact. You will deliver skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs, build genuine relationships with patients, and become a trusted partner to their families. By supporting children as they grow and thrive at home, you help keep families together.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
