About The Position

Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where relationships are valued and the impact of care is visible. The position focuses on providing skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs, helping them to grow and thrive at home.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care
