Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands-on training

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
• Focus on one-on-one patient care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Help children grow and thrive at home.
