About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide attentive, individualized care to pediatric and young adult patients in their own homes. This one-on-one nursing role allows nurses to focus on a single patient, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting difference for the patient and their family. The position is described as nursing with purpose, reaching beyond the bedside to create comfort, build trust, and become a familiar face in the lives of children and young adults with complex medical needs, enabling them to remain at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
