About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one homecare to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where building relationships and making a visible impact are central. Nurses will provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs, helping them to grow and thrive at home.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
