About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring private duty nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for children through young adults. Nurses build trusting relationships with patients and their families, follow individualized plans of care, and work independently with support from a responsive clinical team. Full clinical training is provided. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time work, and premium pay is available for specified shifts: weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights.

Requirements

• Hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
• Provide dependable follow-through.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care.
