LPN/RN Home Care (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring an LPN or RN to provide private duty nursing to children and young adults. Nurses care for one patient at a time and can work consistent cases and schedules. The role offers overnight and weekend opportunities, weekly pay, competitive pay, and premium shift pay: an additional $2 per hour for weekday overnights, $3 per hour for weekend days, and $4 per hour for weekend overnights. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires. Paid training and clinical support are provided. Pediatric experience is a plus, but the employer will teach the private duty nursing side of the role. The posting lists PTO and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Requirements
- Hold a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills, and dependable follow-through.
