About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private duty nursing for children and young adults in Alba, Missouri, and surrounding communities. The role provides one-to-one patient care in a home-care setting, offering an alternative to hospital nursing. Various hours and schedules are available, including weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights. Nurses may be able to work around an existing hospital job or other schedule needs. Pediatric experience is a plus, and training and clinical support are provided for the private duty nursing side of the work. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions, and premium pay is available for certain shifts.
