About The Position

Phoenix is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide private-duty nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. The role focuses on providing skilled, patient-centered care while helping patients feel safe and comfortable at home, supporting families, building trust, and enabling patients to grow and participate in meaningful life experiences. Hands-on training and ongoing clinical support are provided, including for nurses who are new to pediatric nursing. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
