Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
- Eligible to work in the United States

- Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans
- Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting
- Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes
- Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting
