LPN/RN Home Care (Children and Young Adults) - $3000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide private-duty nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses help patients live more comfortably at home and support families by providing skilled, compassionate, patient-centered care. The role emphasizes building trust, bringing comfort, and helping children feel safe while they grow and experience important milestones. Phoenix provides hands-on training, including for nurses who are new to pediatric nursing, as well as ongoing clinical support. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Pay is based on experience, with weekly pay and premium pay for weekday overnights and weekend shifts. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is stated in the job title.
Requirements
- Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.

- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
