About The Position
Phoenix Home Health is seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs/RNs for pediatric home care, focusing on children and young adults. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting, away from hospital politics and patient ratios. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
Responsibilities
