About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) in Joplin and surrounding communities. This role offers a different way to practice nursing, focusing on 1:1 patient care with children and young adults, away from the demands of a hospital setting. The position provides consistent cases and schedules, with opportunities for supplemental income during weekdays, weekends, or overnights. The company emphasizes making a difference one patient at a time.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Ability to provide 1:1 patient care.
- Willingness to work with children and young adults.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, or overnights.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Experience with the PDN side of nursing.
