About The Position

Part-Time LPN/RN Field Associate in Urbana, OH. Champaign Residential Services is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026. The position requires providing quality nursing services to residents based on their medical needs and Individual Plan. The nurse will ensure that CRSI's ICFs operate under current standards and regulations established by Medicaid, Ohio DODD, County DODD, and other authorities. This includes nursing services, resident safety, and staff training. The role also involves using mentoring and coaching skills to teach self-reliance.

Requirements

Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.
Professional liability insurance is recommended.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
Ensure that CRSI's ICFs operate under the current standards and regulations established by Medicaid, Ohio DODD, County DODD, and other authorities that may dictate standards of operation, including nursing services, resident safety, and staff training.
Use mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
