About The Position

Requirements
- PA RN/LPN license
- CPR
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
- Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care 1:1 in the home
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, meds
- Helping with mobility: transfers, and guided exercise
- Providing companionship and emotional support
