About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an LPN to join our Pediatrics team at the Ridgefield location. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.

Requirements

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

Rooming patients
Coordinating care
Returning patient calls
Communicating provider recommendations
Refilling prescriptions per protocol
Administering injections as ordered
