About The Position

BAYADA Pediatric Offices are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric clients during daytime hours, either in their homes or schools. The role offers flexible scheduling, electronic charting, in-depth paid training with simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. This position aims to provide a better work-life balance for nurses by offering 1:1 client care and short commute times.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for kiddos during daytime hours in home or in school
• Travel to one client's school or home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
