About The Position
Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an LPN to provide one-on-one nursing care for a child during the school day in Andover, Illinois. The nurse attends school with the patient and supports safe participation in the school day while providing skilled nursing care. This case involves G-tube care only; trach and ventilator care are not required. Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN license.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric patient during the school day.

- Complete required nursing documentation.
