LPN - Pediatric Overnights
About The Position
BAYADA is looking for compassionate LPNs / Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for pediatric overnight shifts, providing 1:1 care in a comfortable home setting. Enjoy meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to $1,000. Bonus details will be discussed during your phone interview. Open shifts include specific cases for a 2-year-old female on Thursdays from 11p-7a, a 2-year-old male on Mondays from 9:30p-7a, and a 2-year-old female from Monday-Wednesday and Sundays from 11p-7a. All BAYADA Skilled Nurses enjoy 1:1 client care, flexible scheduling, electronic charting using Statewise, in-depth paid training and shadowing with award-winning simulation labs, short commute times by matching you with cases near your home, and around-the-clock clinical support by phone.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client's school or home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
