LPN - Pediatric Overnights
About The Position
BAYADA is looking for compassionate LPNs / Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for pediatric overnight shifts, providing 1:1 care in a comfortable home setting. Enjoy meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to $1,000. Bonus details will be discussed during your phone interview. Open shifts include: 19124: 2y/o female: Thursdays 11p-7a; 19124: 11y/o female: Monday-Sunday 11p-7a; 19125: 2y/o male: Mondays 9:30p-7a. What your day looks like with BAYADA: Travel to one client's school or home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 client care
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home
